Energy Saving Double Screw Nutrition Powder Making Machine Instant Rice Food Production Line
This production line uses rice, corn, beans and all kinds of grains as raw materials. Through extruding, inflating, drying, crushing and mixing, it could produce many kinds of nutritional powder, such as baby rice powder, sesame paste, beans powder and so on.
This line could finish all the process automatically from the feeding to the end.
It has features of easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving energy and easy to add all kinds of raw materials and nutriment.
Process composition:
A) Mixer: Mix the raw materials and add a certain amount of water to mix well.
B) Feeder: use the motor as the power for screw conveying, and transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.
C) Twin-screw extruder: according to the output of the production line, different types of extruder are selected. The output can vary from 100kg/h to 500kg/h.
D) Hoistor: transports crackers of rice, corn or other grains to the dryer.
E) Dryer: Most of the dryer are electric dryers. The temperature is adjusted between 0-200 degrees through the control cabinet. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. The material penetrates to a certain extent to increase the taste, while reducing the moisture of the material and increasing the shelf life.
F) Grinding Machine: Grind into powder of corresponding mesh according to customer's requirements.
