Pet food production line
1. Process flow: raw material preparation → mixing → conveying → extrusion and puffing → conveying → drying → screening → oil injection → seasoning → cooling → (packaging)

Process composition:
1. Mixing machine: It is a device that adds various raw materials to a certain amount of water or additives to achieve full mixing after stirring.
2. Screw feeder: The material is conveyed to the top through the screw main shaft, falls down and continues to circulate, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying the material.
3. Twin-screw extruder: The food material is placed under the high temperature and high pressure state of the extruder, and then suddenly released to normal temperature and pressure, so that the internal structure and properties of the material change.
4. Air feeder: The material is sent to the oven or packaging machine through the collecting port, the fan and the ventilation pipeline to complete the automatic feeding and reduce the strength of the workers. Part of the sticky food, feed and other particles are transported by the fan to avoid sticking. The material is sent to Sacron by wind, where it falls in a rotary manner to avoid damage to the particles, and there are different options according to different product types.
5. Drying box: Use the heating pipe inside the drying box and the external thermal insulation material. Raise and maintain the temperature inside the drying box, so that the moisture of the objects in the box is evaporated to achieve the purpose of drying.
6. Seasoning line: It is a kind of conveying equipment used in automatic final assembly production line. The mechanical part is mainly composed of frame, roller and guide edge. According to the product process requirements, the manual push and transfer are carried out to complete the required functions.
7. Conveyor cooler: The conveyor chain is a sleeve roller chain with a continuous bucket structure, which is used for leveling and climbing of high temperature clinker.
8. Packaging machine: manual sealing machine and automatic packaging machine can be used.
