1. Process flow of aquatic feed production line:
Raw material preparation → mixing → conveying → extrusion → conveying → drying → oil injection → seasoning → cooling → sieving → packaging

Process composition:
Mixing machine: Add a certain proportion of water to the raw materials such as corn flour, rice flour, soybean flour, fish meal, meat meal, grain flour, additives, etc. and mix well.
Feeding machine: The motor is used as the power for screw conveying, and the mixed raw materials are conveyed into the feeding hopper of the twin-screw extruder. This equipment is convenient and quick to feed, saves labor and has high efficiency.
Twin-screw feed extruder: under the condition of high temperature and high pressure and twin-screw extrusion, the starch structure in the raw material changes and becomes easily absorbed nutrients. Speed until the feed pellets of the same size and length are adjusted. The specific particle size and shape are obtained by changing the mold. The feed extruder adopts frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which is more energy-saving and more accurate in speed control. During the operation of the motor, the current and speed can be directly seen through the inverter panel to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Conveyor: Convey the produced feed pellets to the multi-layer drying equipment.
Multi-layer oven: The oven is divided into electric oven, oil oven, gas oven and steam oven. The temperature is adjusted between 0-150 degrees through the control cabinet. The interior of the oven is made of stainless steel mesh belt, which has stable transportation and low failure rate. The feed pellets are circulated through the multi-layer S-shaped track to dry the feed pellets to a safe water content and increase the shelf life.
Spraying seasoning line: The oil sprayer sprays oil, food attractant, etc. The seasoning cylinder includes octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning line. According to the configuration of output and product properties, the oil is sprayed on the surface of the feed, and sprayed at the same time. Minced meat and spices, sprinkle evenly. After this process, the burrs and burrs on the surface of the feed pellets can also be removed to make the surface of the feed pellets smoother.
Cooling conveyor: reduce the temperature of the surface of the dried feed pellets, promote the solidification of grease, reduce the temperature of the pellets, and facilitate packaging.
Vibrating sieve: sieve off excess external material and granular slag, and ensure the reuse of raw materials while ensuring the quality.
Packaging machine: manual sealing machine and automatic packaging machine can be used.
